Return Policy

We want you to be confident shopping with MTN Outfitter. If something isn’t right, our team will work with you to make it right.

Standard Return Window

  • You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, UPC barcode intact, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Authorization

  1. Submit a request via our Contact Us form or email us at support@mtnoutfitter.com.
  2. A member of our team will provide return authorization within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, ship your item(s) to:

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

  • Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
  • Damaged or used items returned may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on condition.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, bait, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards and final sale items
  • Oversized items requiring freight carriers (non-returnable)

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 30 days. We will arrange an exchange or refund and cover return shipping costs.
  • After 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post refunds.
