Standard Return Window

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, UPC barcode intact, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

A member of our team will provide return authorization within 1–2 business days.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

Damaged or used items returned may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on condition.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards and final sale items

Oversized items requiring freight carriers (non-returnable)
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 30 days. We will arrange an exchange or refund and cover return shipping costs.

After 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
